My Background

I was the COO of a YC-backed startup where we grew to an annual run rate of $11 million. We hired a team of 70 people that included high performers from Carta, Stripe, and Y Combinator.

I also bootstrapped two logistic businesses that I exited at the peak of COVID-19 and was an early employee at Uber Freight, where I went from employee 30 to over 1200.

I’ve experienced and led teams from 0→ 1 and 1 → 1000.
