Well, here is what is changing over the next 6 weeks:

• The Ops Playbook (Thursday edition) will include 3 operational tips on scaling your business. This will be free

• The Deep Dives (Sunday edition) will feature case studies on one tactic a company used to scale its business. These will be behind a paywall of $7/month charged annually.

To become better at your job.

So much of the startup ecosystem focuses on the founder or CEO, and then everything else is built for marketers, engineers, or product people. So what about us COO’s and operators?

These businesses don't run without operators. COOs own many functions, such as finance, HR, customer experience, compliance, etc. Without us, the business will fall apart.

But COOs and operators are so stuck in day-to-day issue management that they never get the chance to take a step back to analyze their business bottlenecks (lol).

$1500 annual, or $149 per month

My expectation is that you expense this. My pitch to you (or your manager) is that if this newsletter can help you make one better decision yearly, it’ll pay for itself.

When will this launch happen?
